1- What number/letter in the VIN id's the PP? 2- What do the designations ATX/VTX,..... stand for? and, where can i find a VIN Breakdown. '13 SHO Metallic Black?

You can't tell from the VIN. Look at the axle code on the vehicle certification label. 1= non pp, 2 = pp

Don’t be disappointed if you don’t have a PP, the 0-60 times for tuned SHO’s are lower for non PP because a non PP shifts once before 60 but the PP cars shift twice because of the lower final drive ratio.
