I was going to today.

I do know the Xcal2 fixed all the problems I've had caused by the piggy back chip. For the last year I've been chasing poor performance and it seems it was all attributed to the stress placed on the chip by mounting in the too small PCM receiver box.

Not yet. I am so far behind I just installed the new tune today. That part was flawless. The car is blocked in by other cars that I'm too lazy to move  so I'll see how it runs tomorrow. It does start

I tried the code scanner and it shows several pending items that my generic scanner does not reveal. One of them is that the knock sensor is blown. This is very illuminating.

Next weekend I'm gone, but I might have a chance to look at the logging Friday morning.

BTW while installing the tune I noticed that the adjustable parameters section was available. Is that truly live or are those dummy questions for future expansion?

Hey Doug, how about another group buy for the X cal. I had to fix some issues in my car such as A/C, and now after noticing the lock unlock of the torque convertor with a working A/C system I really want to get rid of that glitch.

With Flowmaster 40's, no 3rd cat, and being used to the Tq convertor not cycling, I really want to fix it.

I did open those parameters for you guys to play around a little. You can change shift pressures and shift speeds, plus play around with timing and fuel a little. Have fun, but be careful.__________________

Tried it, and it works. Beyond that, I haven't had much time to play with it.
