New Tires for '90 model. Will they fit??

I have purchased a set of GenII 16in slicer wheels for my 1990 model. The tires I am currently looking at are BFGoodrich G-Force T/A, 225/55/16.

Can anyone tell me if this size would fit and have fender/wheelwell clearance? Would I have to do any trimming to body? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This might you out. Don't go wider than 235.
