Hello!

I was lucky enough to pick up a 2013 fully loaded (non pp) sho just a couple days ago. This is going to be my DAILY driver. Let me tell you guys, I'm already in love. Haha

I have ordered the following after reading many post and would like some input on what else I should or not do. All tips are greatly appreciated as this is my first car I'll be modding.

SCT X4 tuner
3 bar map
NKG plugs
170 thermostat
CAI
Catless Downpipes
Stage 2 Snow water methanol kit

Thank you glad to be here so much info to soak up.

Yes. Daily driver. That's one reason for the post. The parts will be here this weekend and I'm looking to start installing them all. Just don't know if the meth would be too much. From what I've read seems like people go both ways on it

Im new as well but have done quite a bit of reading congrats on the new car.. H&R springs would be another good add on if you want to get away from the 4x4 look. I put 1inch spacers in the springs up front car sits perfect in my opinion and still has a nice ride.

Expect about 500-550 hp. A zero to 60 time in less than 4 seconds and lots of butt hurt mustangs and camaros. Who is doing the tuning?

I'm going with Torrie from unleashed due to the customer service reviews. I've been talking to him and he has been very helpful so far and is so quick to respond to emails!

Derrick the only thing that would keep me away from the springs would be rougher ride and ground clearance. I live in the mountains of WV and don't mind the extra clearance.

Shodded thank you for the link!

I have mine set to come in at 8 psi so as long as your foot isn't in it you don't use it, works kinda like nitrous. I would not suggest trying to turn it off as your tune is set up for the cooling effects of the methanol but I guess it would be easy just to change the tune and pull the power but there really is no need.

Well then that would work! I just didn't know exactly how that would work.. Intake came in yesterday and i got it put on. Was hoping everything would be here this weekend but looks like I'm gonna have to wait.

With the intake I can definitely hear the turbos spool now.

Have the tuner too but still waiting on thermostat, 3 bar, downpipes, and the meth kit.

Where do you usually buy your methanol at? And what mixture?

I buy mine from a local performance shop. He'll fill it up in whatever container I bring and charges $3/gallon for 100% methanol. You can also usually find methanol at drag strips, race tracks, or go kart tracks.

I live in a rural area so it's tough to find. I use the boost juice which is abt 50/50 and works great. I'd like to do an 80/20 mix but until I find somewhere that's what I have

Thanks for all the help guys! Getting my downpipes put on tomorrow and wondering if anyone knows anything about doing the resonator delete as well. Will I get a drone or raspy sound? That's what I don't want . But I would like some more sound. :) please let me know soon before I do something I wish I didn't. Lol
