Snow VC-30 control

What does the the number on the controller display mean? Is that how much boost it thinks it sees? Because the number is totally different than what I'm seeing on my SCT X4.

Washer Fluid Reservoir for Meth Tank?

I'm about to install my Snow Performance stage 1 kit. Am I understanding correctly that people have been using their washer fluid reservoir instead of installing the meth tank? The reservoir is then used for the windshield and the engine? Is the 50/50 water/meth ok to spray on the windshield?
