Hello all, new guy here. Just got my 4th SHO (1st 4th gen), a 2015 with the Performance Pack in Tuxedo Black last weekend. Loving the car except the B pillar notch that hits my arm and the poor rear window visibility. I have already done an Unleashed tune, intake, 170* thermostat, 3 bar MAP and ceramic tinted the windows. Next week it gets a paint restore and then ceramic sealed. Should look pretty good when done. I really want to get rid of the wheels as I prefer the other style with the silver five spoke and the black five spokes set a bit back of the silver ones.
One owner car, good service history. They just did front struts last week before I bought it. I was mad to see they are Monroe quick struts. Would have preferred fresh Motorcraft cartridges. Passenger strut mount/bearing makes noise so I will be changing them sooner than latter. Debating on coilovers or stock. I dont want to harshen the ride since its my daily.
Anyway, this is the only picture I have for now until I ceramic treat it.

Very nice ride. My son just did the ceramic on his red VW. I couldn't believe the difference it made. Totally sold me. Yours should look and drive awesome now.

At least the intake arrived today. I dont see how it can help. With the hood closed its still sucking through a tiny area. Looks neat and can hear the turbos more but thats about it.

does the rubber strip seal completely to the hood? may want to chalkmark it and see. Sometimes you have to get a taller strip from Airaid, or make you own.

So I have decided to black out the grills, tail spear and window trim. Just debating on a gloss black or do a color match.

Well that was short lived. Got into an accident today . fortunately there was an ambulance directly in front of me and camera caught it. Car made a HARD left, may have been tire. I pulled back and got the passenger tires on the grass and was pulled in. Brakes had no response. Bounced over a drain. Pretty sure frame is tweaked, 3 air bags went off and all heat exchangers are ruptured. At least it's insured but all that ceramic tint and paint matching is a loss.
That and i am burned and beat the **** up. Back is killing me.

I own it so i do plan on buying it back. I am sure the engine, trans and seats and Sony system have some value.
