'New' headlights

Well, I decided to use the plastic polish that I bought at Wal-Mart on my headlights. All I can say is wow!
The headlights had a bad haze over them and the driver's side one especially had a lot of swirl scratches on it almost like someone took steel wool to it. I applied and removed it a total of 3 times on each headlight. I think I'll do it a few more times over the course of the next few days.
They don't look perfect or brand new, but they look a lot better than they used to.
Now I'm itching even harder for that HID kit!

Hey, I thought I give some alternatives to HID kit. Gen III has enourmes headlamps and can hold any OEM Bi-Xenon unit. There are headlamps on ebay.com that you can buy as low as a HID kit. Its obviosly not a plug and thingy. But if you are handy you can make it a winter project.

Wouldnt you like to have low beam like this:

NOw just tell me that it's possible on a Gen2 and I'll be happy. I'd really like a HID system but getting pulled over for highbeams and tickets that can go with "non-OEM" configurations don't sit well with me wink Don't want to have to muck around after I get my car the way I want it like SHONtell was with his Niteshades.
