I think putting in the plates to make the top struts mounts adjustable is always worth while. The factory spot weld system is a very poor one, long term, and some way to adjust for shifting over time is needed regardless.

Plus, it is not all that difficult or expensive a change.

Agree completely. You are never going to get an older unibody car to be as close to correct alignment center range as possible with those spot welds in and the result is going to be faster tire wear. If you are running junk tires, well, it might be about a wash on cost, though you will lose on handling. If you want to have decent or better than average tires, it is way cheaper to fix the problem by cutting the spot welds and putting in adjustment plates. It will all pay for itself in longer life for your tires very quickly.

Sorry guys, I haven't logged on in awhile! The wheels are 18x8 Niche Targa offset 40, and I didn't do anything special to get them to fit, just from natural lowering I got 2.5 camber up front 2rear

Prop's on your car! Maybe the pictures hide some of the imperfections, but it looks in really good shape (even with the dent). Those rims really make it top notch!

Did you do anything to offset your alignment with the lowering?

The car set up with SARCs in full stiff mode, King springs and 18"s with grippy tires handles amazing, I've taken tight exit ramps at 70+ and the car doesn't feel close to the edge of its grip
