I have a '92 SHO MTX, and I'm going to be going in pretty deep to do a clutch replacement, radiator replacement, and a plugs/wires replacement. Cost of labor being what it is, what else would everyone suggest be done while being that far in? Cost is a factor, but the incremental cost of a few more preventive maintenance items might make sense. No? The car is pretty new to me, but I'm told there was a 60K done about 10,000 miles ago. The car has about 95,000 miles on it currently.

Thanks very much.

I assume you are paying someone to do this. With the clutch do a rear main engine oil seal. Install new axle seals in the transmission. Inspect all engine and transmission mounts. This is your chance to install subframe bushings. Install a highflow Y-Pipe at this time. The old one has to come off.

If you can, have the oil pan and rod bearings done now too.

Edit: And of course new hoses with the radiator job. Clean the intake while it is off too. And maybe do the valve cover gaskets if they are leaking. By the way, if you need plugs and wires, there is a good chance none of the 60k was done. At least not the top.
