Reguardless, he's got something I dont have, a working TURBO. Paint can be fixed, what happens if he paints the car blue to match? Anyway.. its not what I would do, but still. Be nice! lol Didn't your mothers teach you anything.
p.s. you really shoulda pulled that outta the car before you painted it. lol

yamahaSHO said:Apparently, as it would look better unpainted. If you're not going to take it off an paint it correctly, I honestly do not see the point in painting it at all.
If the rest of the work is like the paint job, there's hardly anything to be impressed by. Putting a turbo on a car isn't exactly that hard.
Yes, you can clean, strip, repaint... But why create all the extra work and the possibility of effing something up in the process?

Good job of making something that works, although it's not pretty but it gets the job done.

Hey that polished/blue intake is sweet. Good job.
Wait a second. Is that masking tape and yarn?

If you don't have time to do it right, when are you going to have time to do it again?
Well eff you too.TT SHO PROJECT said:i dont like you... all you are is negative bs..... the turbo kit works flawlessly so apparently i did something right. im done with you. give a man some "effing" creadit.

The turbo work isn't what we were commenting on, it's the paint. I don't percieve that as "I busted my ass on it", when the piping wasn't even removed to paint it.
For $200, I'm sure that's a fun, yet limited turbo setup.
Nobody is making you read my posts, so why do you have to bust my balls because of my methodology?Sexymeatball said:I dont get the impression that he's doing this project to impress you or anyone else on this forum. He certainly doesn't seem to be fishing for compliments, and along the same vein, he shouldn't be thrown insults. He's doing this project for his enjoyment and he's sharing it with us because he feels that this community might be interested in what he is doing, not because he's desperate for the thumbs up or thumbs down from anyone. No one is forcing you to look at the pictures, and the car is not sitting in your driveway causing shame and dishonor to you and your family, so why do you have to bust his balls just because you disagree with his methodology?
TT SHO PROJECT said:if you have followed my project... it cost me a total of 200 bucks give or take... so yeah its gonna look like **** but it works perfectly.
