So last week my previous DD (2005 Jeep GC) was rear-ended and the insurance company decided it was totaled, and the search for a new DD began. I found a clean looking 2019 SHO through Carmax and it is currently enroute to me at this time. I look forward to picking it up.

Yeah, it looks to be pretty well kitted out, but no PP. Which is fine since from everything I've read even the non-PP versions are plenty of fun. Maybe after some time has passed I'll contact Livernois about some go-fast goodies.

Livernois.....dear god no..... do some looking around first. I have a mountain of info if you can't find others.

Id start off with a gearhead auto octane tune, it will be more fun and make you hold off on other physical upgrades for awhile. And his tunes are solid. Stay away from Livernois, its also better in the long run to get a sct tuning device instead of a pcm locked device they have.

All you need is a 3 bar tune. Stock gap plugs, stock tstat and stock intake with a tune still makes a helluva difference and can even increase mpg. Id still go for a 3bar map sensor since they are priced well

Just keep the old stuff (including an oem tune) in case you have to change back for smog or some other reason like tracking down a running issue in the future

Picked up the car today and I'm very happy so far. One of the first vehicles I've ever been in where I don't have to put the seat all the way back in order to fit my legs. I can actually scoot a little forward. Now to learn all the ins and outs.
