Need to get ready for Nashville 2016 so need to fix door trim

My black door trim next to the windows (pictures) has corroded. How do I obtain parts for replacement? New parts available? Do I remove and paint them (appear to have plastic covering now) or ???? Recommendations?

Years ago, TySHO ? would remove and ship window trim that originated in the south, but I have not heard of that happening lately.
It is quite a job to remove the trim and requires a few tricks to do it successfully without bending or buckling the shape.
I don't think it can be bought new, so the only route is a Taurus from the south, and I think you are already there.
