My car will occasionally die or the RPMS will jump down real low and the car will fight it when I have the AUTO setting on and am idling.
I did a search and found that the compressor can be a problem along with the IAC or IAB (can't remember.) I checked the compressor today and it was cycling on and off correctly. I'm thinking I may have to clean the IAB or buy a new IAC.
I am getting a check engine light also so I ran the codes and got 136 - Oxygen sensor not switching/system lean Left or Front HO2S. Does this mean I have an o2 sensor out? If that's the case I just got a new Y-pipe and bought two new o2's, but it still needs to be installed. But could that cause, the idle problem? shrug
I notice that if I take it off the AUTO setting and put it on floor, vent, etc, it seems to do alright.
I also did try resetting the idle, car died 3 times while trying, so that didn't help much.
Sorry for the long post, any suggestions?
