Im swapping the engine on my 93 atx and I must have forgot to label this plug. The harness isnt very long, so I can't believe the plug is very far from the rest of the plugs on the harness, but I don't see anything. Does this maybe not even get plugged in? Its on the back of the engine on the drivers side with 2 other plugs on it; one goes to some type of solenoid or something screwed into the block, and the other I believe comes from the power steering rack on the passenger side (might be the abs sensor though, but its hard to tell). Can anyone take a look at there car for me or maybe know off the top of their head where this gets plugged in? The new engine is hanging half in the engine compartment because I cant plug this in and im not working on it again until the 26th. Any help is REALY appreciated:thankyou:

x4 O2. There are very few 4-prong connectors that look like that. If it's an ABS sensor, it's 2-prong.

There are 2 plugs on my 91 and 92 mtx's that are not used- one up by the air cleaner box (might be tucked under the sheet metal through a hole) and one at the back of the engine on the firewall side. The one in your picture looks a lot like the last one....

A week or so ago someone was looking for the plug that goes to the heater hose connection, it looks like you might have found it for him.

It could either be the o2 plug of the heater pipe plug
