My sho has given me so many problems, electronically. The car runs great, when it works. Anyone live in the Northern VA area and knows something about the SHO, plz let me know. I really need some help with this car. Right now its somewheres because it has no power except for the light under the hood. Pretty weird. Well, you can see the total description of my problems in the topic I made called 'Climate Control Problems' which is probably on the next page by now. shrug

the link to the thread is here

Ok well my quick answer would be battery/alt. malfunction or loose power wire/ground. I have seen several similar replies on the original post. Have you examined/tested this possibility? If so how? If not why not?

Reading the original post it sounds like a ground problem. Do you have a multimeter that you could check your ground between the alternator-battery, battery-motor, motor-body?

Well, it turns out the alternator was bad and it was doing 20 amps or something? I didnt really understand the mechanic, but i'm assuming it was doing more than what its suppose to due to the battery overflowing.
