Need help with Codes! 551 & 565...

Long story short, my Alternator was bad and I replaced it yesterday. The CEL light was coming on before I replaced it. It will come on and go off if I've been doing in town driving/ will come on anywhere from idle to 1,300rpm, and will come off around 2-2,500 rpm... Also have 1,192 miles on a 3.2 swap with extras... Please help!

Will add when it is on, it seems to almost cut out when starting from a stop. I have reset the codes twice, and the CEL comes back on in about a minute.
