Need Help Wiper Motor ????

Having a prob with my damn wipers, I turn on switch and they pop up like normal to start position and wipe about an inch and thats it Motor turns fine in all positions but wont go above an inch or 2. I hear the motor turning but they will not wipe. Is this the motor possibly??????????????Thanks for your help!!!

Most likely its the motor or the connection to the wiper. Just pull the wiper arms off then unscrew the plastic grill over the motor. At least thats what I did on the gen 1 I had. I think the motor is on the firewall on the gen 2 but I haven't checked. Once you turn the wipers on, you can see how they turn and find the problem. good luck
