need HELP FAST Starter problem

Hi everyone. Yes i did a search. I am very frustrated with my starter and here is the problem. My sho would not start couple of days ago. OK i thought the battery is new and tested a week ago, the alternator is new, only a month old. I went to get a new starter and installed it(took a very long time). Now when i hook back the battery cable to the terminal there is a spark and the starter immediately starts spinning. (just spinning and not grabbing the flywheel). madflame Also nothing else works (no light when opening doors, hood or trunk, etc). I am sure i hooked up all the wires correctly. WTF is going on. I am tired of laying under the car and it is still cold in Minnesota.

Sounds like the solenoid wire is hot all the time.

I figured it out. Stupid me slap , instead of putiing to the two wires that connect to the solinoid on the same connector, i put them on two different once. It all workd great.
