need help cam timing

just got new cams and i have a repair manaul no help with the 3.4l in there dos enyone know how to line up the cams there are no marks that i can see dos enyone have a pic of there cams so i can see how to do this

The Chiltons manual has a very small picture to use for ligning all the marks up. The only real difficult one to get is the crankshaft even looking at the Ford CD. All four camshaft have dowels on them that correspond to where the timing marks are. The balance shaft has a very obvious mark as does the crankshaft. The only problem is that the crankshaft lines up with a rib on the oil pump. The Camshafts are easy since the slave sprockets line up with the discolored links on the chain.
