need help asap

ok so ive checked every where for the best and cheapest parts. either sho source or rock auto but i am confused between some things would it be possible for some one to email me the proper checkout.....i need the valve cover gasket plus the gromet covers i dont know if the valve cover gasket comes with them. also i would like either double platnumm or iridium plugs the better ones at cheaper. on sho source i think they are seperate. would assume it is best to have them especially since i dont think the 60k has been done before also i need the shims for vavle ajdusment im not doing the maint as i am not a mechanic. having ford or other do this someone please help 95 3.2atx thank you very much i would appreciate all the help i can get email is [email protected] or [email protected].....

SHO Source is the only place that sells the valve cover grommets. As for valve cover gaskets you will just have to shop around for the best price. I am almost positve that all valve cover gasket sets come with the plug well seals, you will most definately need those too.
