I want to mount a sub enclosure in the trunk of my SHO between the back seat and the spair tire well. To do this I will have to screw things down to the trunk deck in that area. Can I put screws into the deck in that area without hitting anything, like the gas tank, ect. I sure could use some advise.
Thanks much

all you need to look out for in that area is the support for the rear control arm and ABS wiring. just look under the car to find out were they are located at. The ABS wiring goes under the car just behind the back seat in the center of the trunk so it shuold not be in the way of anything.

The easiest way to keep a sub box from rolling around in your trunk is to cut some mdf for in front and behind it. Make a false floor. that way it has nowhere to go, if you need your spare tire just remove one of the boards and you have access.
