Need a Rotunda tool kit for changing valve stem seals!

Hey guys I've been searching all over for one of these tool kits to rent or to buy and haven't found anything. I've tried OTC's website, Ebay, Google, this forum, etc. and have had no luck.

Does anyone know how I can get my hands on one of these?? If you own would you be willing to rent it out to me or sell it to me???? My motor is down and I'm thinking about doing a 3.2 swap with my 3.0 heads and I'll need to change out the valve stems seals here very soon, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
