Hi,
I just brought a 1994 atx Sho 3.2 with 140K miles two weeks ago and I'm trying to figure out what is making it run so bad. It seems to start fine and everything but as soon as you give it any gas it bogs down so bad the car almost stops completely!
If I push the peddle down 3/4 of the way or more it will throw you back in the seat but before that it's like I'm towing a house behind me! It also stalls a lot at lights and the Check Engine light will come on sometimes.

Funny thing is the problem comes & goes but mostly happens when it's warmed up and when it's not acting up it drives perfect.
I don't see or hear any vacuum leaks and don't see anything unplugged.

The KOEO codes I got were 335 and 565 and they came right back after resetting.

The KOER codes I got are 213, 225 and 336.

The converters were replaced with a catless Y pipe with two O2 sensors and the exhaust flow at the tail pipe seems ok.

Well, if anyone has any idea what might be wrong with this thing I'd be very grateful.

Thanks alot, Jeff.

Here's what your codes mean:
335 (O) EGR feedback signal is/was out of range - EVR or PFE
565 (O) Canister Purge 1 solenoid/circuit failure - Solenoids
213 (R) Ignition SPOUT or SAW circuit open or shorted - Ignition Systems
225 (R) Knock sensor not tested (ignore if not pinging) - KS
336 (O,R,M) PFE sensor signal is/was was high - ">PFE

Try searching the forum for those codes. There's a wealth of info here! Also, How old are your plugs & wires?

Thanks for all the good info! I haven't had any time to do anything with it yet but I hope by tonight I can start working on those codes one by one.
As for the plugs & wires, I'll check em but I really don't have any history on the car. I got it at a used car lot a couple weeks ago after seeing it in the Auto Trader.
It's a really nice car but after reading through all these posts I don't think I'll have time for all the maintintence they seem to need.
Well, thanks again and if I get stuck I'll be back :)

Jeff.
