Name this module

I'm trying to figure out what the module is located on the firewall. It is located right above the heater core lines. It is behind a metal plate. What is this? Thanks.

Whitish flat blob on a metal bracket? 2 Wires?

Its the dropping resistor for the 2-speed fuel pump system. The resistor gets switched in series with the fuel pump to slow it down when engine load is low. Only '89 and '90 got these, maybe '91, but I think it was deleted after '90.
