I need your help SHO brothers. My '95 Manual SHO has a check engine light that goes on and off at times. It seems to go on when im at higher RPMs, turning right, or starting off from a start. When I do any of those, the car jolts? misfires? Im not sure how you would want to explain it. The car seems to putt down the road (when not turning)and idle ok. Also at idle there is this apparent noise from the engine. Its a ticking noise :oogle: . I havent the slightest what could be going on with the car. Fuel issue? loose wire grounding? (just from what i know of gen3 SHOs) Cam problem?
Please Help anyone. Ill be checking back as often as possible so if you need any info or need me to try/do something I will be able to get back to you ASAP.
Thanks All

ok, its gave
off- 111 (ok)
on- 116 & 9 on pistons
Now this is after I cleared it. Before it started spitting numbers out left and right. Im hoping that you can desifer some? I couldnt even pull out the spaces
Sorry
but it went
111 then 1157212145854215721121_528542. underscore is one I missed. now it was spilling all these out so i didnt catch whether some were repeats or not, also whether I missed some. Im thinking I should take it back on the road and see if i get that check engine light on again, and try again. LMK what you think it best

***Edit- Retested the car, and once it heated up again. Same thing. But I did find that forsure turning right will cause it. (noticed it turning corner, and started doing it bad and had check engine light come on while doing circles in the yard (right))

I will retest tomorrow when my heads on strait, hope the numbers I get will tell me something.

pull some spark plug boots/wires to see if your sparkplug wells are full of oil...which means you need an upper 60k...or gasket change and tune up at least...that will explain the missfire...lack of power.

the on again, off again engine light is more than likely the o2 sensors.

Mine sorta did the same thing. I believe one of my rod bearings spun. The ticking was kinda quiet, then got louder.
