My Sho 2012 multimedia media panel wont working perfectly !!!!!!!!

my ford sho 2012 multimedia panel doesn't working properly. The touch is enabling by itself and sometimes my screens goes black which irritates me while reversing the car so if any one can help me it would be appreciate it ?????

Hey there,

So this is the section for Gen 1 and 2 SHO's, you might have better luck on the Gen 4 section of this forum. Something that may help is this trouble tree from Ford: https://static.oemdtc.com/GSB/G0000097.pdf specifically page 7 which talks about this issue happening in reverse.
