I think it would look better if you cut it down enought to get the stock shell around it like the picture prohet posted. That one looks amazing. hail

I agree, although I'd replace the SVT logo with a tuning fork! evil_gri

EDIT: I didn't even notice the clear corners before. They look good against the black. ****

yea i like that better too. i wish i had the stuff to make one like that. i used to have a 93 ranger along with every accessory every made for it. this grill has been in my garage for years. so i dissasembled it bent it cut it welded it back together and stuck it on. unfortuntely as you see i didnt get all the bends right. now that i think about it i think it should have a shell arouund it, but the only one i have is the origional police grill that came on my car and i hate to cut that up. i was hoping to sell it and use the funds to build a new one.or pay for some insurance.

Agreed about making it "flow" with the rest of the body moldings... it does have potential, but it seems a bit too much, the thickness of the fins, and almost too much chrome... what i do like alot is the mesh grill on the front skirt thumb

well this is mine... sorry about the dark pic

There is usually a limit to the number of lights that can be on a one time at the front of a car. You may want to check your local regulations before getting stopped for a code violation while you light up the world.

That picture is from my Cardomain site, but it is not my car. It belongs to a guy I know. There is a little additional info about it in this thread.

What makes the pic prophet posted look good is they used the original grill as a border for the chrome strips. Where as thumpa used no border and it doesn't flow to great. But that SVT needs to go on that SHO.

Oh, and that grill, just no. It reminds me of that photo of the Taurus with the ironing board strapped to the front end in place of a bumper.
