My Koni is oily on top

I went to firm up my Koni's and when I pushed down with the adjusting tool oil came out. Not a lot of oil. None of the other shocks do this. Do I have a leaky Koni?

Yes, Koni's have a lifetime warranty. Sounds like yours are leaking, though I didn't think it would come out of the top. I'd expect to see it leak where the seal goes into the housing.

i have one koni thats leaking out ot the top around the seal. if anyone knows the process of getting one of these warrentied i would appreiciate the head start. or maybe how much to rebuild or replace just two?? thanks

I had 2 broken Koni's on my former car after less than one year, and with street driving only. They replaced both but needed a reciept.
