Ok, so it has been hesitaing on mild to full throttle load under 4k. Well, i pulled the codes and it said bad coil. Ok, well, i got a "new" coil and it came today. Well. i swap things out. Double, tripple check the wires are routed correctly.. and they are. Go to fire it up.. well its running on 4 or 5 cylinders. ran the codes and all its giving me is a front bank lean and no knock sensor detected. (nither of witch it threw before.) I said, well, maybe i got a faulty coil. so i swap the old one back in and double and tripple check the wire routings. and the same exact thing.. WTF sho?!!?

No flame from me, I messed up an old Jeep and it took me a while before I realized I put the wires in the right order, but went clockwise instead of counter-clockwise.

this isn't really a flammable mistake, as there is a service manual out there that incorrectly lists the wire routing.

You should be proud that you found the answer via searching...
