My 92 MTX SHO died on me while I was driving

my 92 sho was running good and then it died I checked the fuel it is getting plenty no spark any ideas

Crank sensor or Timing belt are the first two guesses. A better explanation than "died" will help narrow it down. Tell us about what happened leading up to it dying, ie. did it sputter, did the tach drop to zero (and does it move while you're trying to start it?), did the engine make any unusual noises?

No spark is very common on a Crank Position Sensor (CPS) failure.

it was running real good no check eng light or anything weird it just shut of when I crank it over the tac move alittle wouldn't it still have spark even if the timing belt broke I think it might be the cps but I dont get any codes so I am not sure

You can pull the oil cap off and look in to make sure the cams are moving, but those sound like classic CPS failure symptoms.
