MTX Magnacor Wires on ATX

I have a set of Magnacor wires I bought for my 94 MTX. They have less than 10K on them. I would like to put these on my 93 ATX. Is there any reason, besides the wire lengths, that these would not fit? I believe I can route these wires in a manner that will allow me to get them to reach the coil pack. Thanks in advance for your advice!
