I'm helping out my cuz with a GenIII engine swap. Top of my list is a cam weld. What should I replace while its out? Which sensors, seals, Maybe timing chain? tensioners? Anything thats easier while its out.

There aren't really any sensors you can't get to easily when the motor is in the car so I'd skip those. Really, just re-sealing any leaking seals is about the only thing and if the old alternator is seized or the slightest bit questionable changing it now would be a much easier time.

Might also be smart to swap the rear plug coils out to the front, as the ones exposed to more heat tend to go bad first, and this makes them easier to get to later.

The donor engine is out of the car so can get to just about anything.
