motor swap issues

just recently changed the motor in my 90 due to a bad wristpin. new motor is in, but barely running. the fuel pump turns on to prime but doesnt shut off. idle is real rough and it chokes out when given throttle... any suggestions to a solution for these problems?

Cam sensor and FPR!! and maybe even the injectors.. When you start it does it spit black smoke out? ALSO, do you smell fuel like crazy?
