you put the 3.0 oil pan, and all external accesories onto the 3.0 and it will drop in just like a 3.0

Use the heads from your 3.0. You won't have to worry about it! while you are at it rebuild the heads and maybe have them ported/polished with oversized valves... Just my $.02

forgot to mention the front head needs to be modified, there is a small chunk that needs to be cut off, its obvious when u get to that point.

The 3.0 cams are what you want, at least IMO. They give you more power and if you keep them in the 3.0 heads then no modifying is necessary...

ff,

If the 3.2L engine has a flywheel attached to it you can use yours or the one on the engine. If it has a "Waffle-plate" for an automatic trans, then it has to be removed and your flywheel bolted on.

If you do the swap it would be a good time to have the 3.0 heads checked over by a michine shop. They can grind the valves, check the valve guides, check for any warpage, etc. You should also have the flywheel resurfaced and check the clutch, pressure plate, and thow-out bearing for wear or other problems.

This is one of those "you may as well" type of jobs! rangerj
