I was driving it the other day and shifted gears form 3rd to 4rd. now when in doing so I pushed the clucth in and it made a pop sound but shifted fine. when i came to a stop i felt the car shaking more than normal. Now I have new motor mounts tarn mount. the car is not miss firing and runs fine other than it shaking the **** out of me. so my question is what could be cause this. could it be the clucth? the clucth is not that old it only has about 3k on it if that this is my third clutch for this car. to some it up my car did the samething last time before my clutch blow into peaces. sorry if this dosen't make since .:help:

It is still shifting fine? As in you dont have to force it in? What clutch and TB was used?

Also pulled your codes? Go to SHOtimes for a how too.

Are you sure the motor mounts are bad?

yeah I the mounts are fine nut sure what clutch and tb's was used the trans shop replaced it before i bought the car. No i really don't have any problem shifting. the only gear I really ever have trouble with is 3rd but that is do to bad syc. some body else told me to check the H-balance on it but it look fine to me. not sure what to look for being wrong with that though. and the car only throw out a code for the o2 replaced them and the problem still the but the code is gone.

To me it sounds like the clutch is gone but I am not sure.

There is a hole in the case where the motor meets the tranny. You can get it by removing the starter and you can do a visual inspection of the clutch. It will be really good if you have a small mirror.

Clutchmasters stage 1 is okay for a stock application, use with TOB revision B or a ceramic unit from one of the online vendors. the ceramic tob runs like $100 vs $30 for revision B
