I didn't read the full link, but the way I check if I think a mount is bad is to roll forward in first gear and push in the clutch with the hood up. You can do this in your diveway. When you push in the clutch (if the mount is bad) you should see the engine torque hard to the right (look through the gap of the raised hood). Also, if it's been bad for a while, the top of the intake manifold (right near the SHO engraving) should be shiny from hitting the top of the hood. Also, the car should have abnormal torque steer if the mount is bad. Like I said, I didn't read the whole link so some of this may have been covered. But I hope this helps.
