more problems shifting

Hello,
Its very hard to shift into first gear. I think its the gearshift itself, not the transmission, because it is very loud from outside the car if you are in the garage or something. When I jiggle the shifter back and fourth, you can definately hear it from inside and outside the car. Is there some kind of oil thats in the shifter? Anything helps, thanks.

Yeah. Once U stop shift into some of the forward gears. I stop shift from 1-2 then go in to rev no grind. Give that a try or you might even want to try shifting to 5th before rev.
