I haven't seen that exact picture of the exploded view before, but one from a different angle has been posted a few times.

Sorry, your first link was to the Ford page on that blog. The first article was for april fools, about Ford using Vtec in the future. I went back to it and scrolled down a few articles to see what I'm assuming you meant to link to, the article with some 2010 SHO specs and a few inaccuracies about the 'vintage' models.
