Moonlight Blue MTX St Croix Falls?

Any of you on here drive the moonlight blue SHO around St. Croix Falls WI? ive seen it around a few times and it was parked at the super wall mart parking lot and i had a chance to look at it closer, it has tokicos and 96 front brake upgrade so they obviously know something about SHOs, could it be someone on this fourum??
