moon roof

my moon roof will not open or close with the button. I can un hook all wires and make it open and shut by touching a hot wire to the motor.
The relay clicks when everything is hooked up but no motion. I cannot find a wiring diagram in my Taurus shop manual. Anybody help me?

You might have a bad switch, that was my problem. You can buy one at Ford for 50$, or go to a junk yard and pull 2-3 of them for 5$. I did the latter, and it works great now.

You can download wiring diagrams from http://www.ford-taurus.narod.ru/ The site is in Russian and is slow, but the documentation is there and in English. Download all of them for your year so you have them.
