These things are junk. I dont recomend anyone using them. I put them on 700 miles ago, and theyre shot already.

All the good things I hear about moog products on this board, I couldnt beleive how crappy they are.

Anyone else have problems with these?

I put a set on the front of my Currant '89 and haven't had any trouble from them. I parked it about 2 months ago, though. I put about... 1,200 miles on them before I parked the car.

Interesting. Mine have been on my daily driver for 3 years. I have had NO problems. Are yours the all steel units? Did you torque them properly? If I recall correctly, there are different torque specs for the upper and lower mounting positions.:thumb:

I love MOOG products...I think they make the best bang for the buck replacement and performance bushings and suspension parts. I wont put anything but MOOG replacement parts on my car..I also like the fact that they make TPR bushings for nearly every bushing on this car.

Did you buy MOOG sealed units or greasable ones??? Im running the greasable ones and I love them, But I try to replace all my moving parts with greasble units.

i had the moog rear endlinks and they both broke under 1000 miles of normal driving. needless to say I won't be trying the fronts either.

I'm pretty sure the Moog's have a life time warranty. Take them back. If you didn't know, they must be greased when you first install them per the instructions.:thumb:

My front Moogs are going strong after 20 000 miles. However one of my rear ones broke after only about 2000 miles. I ended up replacing them with stock units and they've been good for 18000 miles.

the rear ones are supposed to be greased? they just have the poly bushings not the ball joints like the fronts do.

I was less than impressed by the MOOG endlinks. They seem to have poor seals that don't seat properly.

These are "indian" MOOG products, made overseas. I would wager a new set of MOOG swaybar endlinks that the ones you are having trouble with are made in India.

Its interesting that you mentioned India.

The Car Quest end links I put on my 1999 SE came from India. They ended up falling apart in my hand, but we made them work. I have no idea how long they will last.

I wonder if these Car Quest ones were rebadged Moog stuff.
