i have used a spring compressor before on my impala. and as i was reading through all those posts there where many of times people where being smart *****. i have allready reaplaced sway bars, endlinks, inner and outer tie rods. no i dont think i would be interested in quick struts unless they work with lowersprings that i could get in the future. no i have never lied about anything on this forum yes my dad is a former sho mechanic and yes my gen 3 top speeds are 100% accurate. dont question what you dont know. yes, maybe i should of posted this in the same suspension post before but i had a diferent question..... so i made a new thread. sorry i didnt search it. whatever..... dont flip about it. and dont give me that stupid honda posts again.... if i wanted a honda i wouldent of drove 500 miles to buy this sho. everybody goofs around and people learn from there mistakes. drifting in snow maybe wasent smart but sure was fun.... and dont mock me!!!!

So...... Whats the question? If your wondering about menroes with lowering springs, they will be ok, as long as you dont cut them, and you run the eibachs. I don't think they will handle the intrax because they are too low.

If you cut the eibachs, they will be ok, for a bit. I ran mine for a summer, and by the end they were starting to pogo.

Not sure at this point what the b&g's are, but if they are the same as intrax i wouldn't recommend it. I mean, if you want to do your struts every spring sure, its a pretty easy job, but i would try to find something else.

FWIW, i am running tokikos and eibachs that are -1.5 coils in the front, and my car handles great.

I think the eibachs are supposed to be an inch in the front and 1.5 in the rear. Not positive though.

Did someone call you on the magical ******* line. Or were your ears ringing.:hail:

This kinda shit doesn't go over the ******* hotline. It goes directly to the "my momma smoked and drank heavily when she was pregnant with me" line.

Hey Bob did you finish your truck?

Yeppers! Got her on the road, finally, on Tuesday night. I have a few minor things to do, alignment, tire balance, and windshield. That'll be all taken care of next Tuesday. The alignment isn't that far out, I was able to get the camber pretty close, so I'm not all that worried about it.

Now I can start the next round of mods/repairs on the SHO. It needs rear struts badly, I'll probably start like 11ty posts about it.

I think maybe 11ty+2 would be better. And you should buy quick struts, disassemble them, and put kyb struts in instead. Just my two cents.:)

That is if you can find Eibachs. They are discontinued. Most places that list them do not have them and have not updated their site.

You can try running Monroes with Intrax/B&G just don't be surprised at how long it lasts. To be honest only a couple have done and so far been okay.
