1989 taurus SHO...140k+ miles on it (dont have the exact but can look it up).
the bad first - its not running, when i parked it was running great, 3 days later it wouldnt start, tried some small stuff, didnt work so i said screw it...that was 3 years ago. the paint and interior are 21yr old ford standard...so not great but livable, no significant rust that i know about. the sterio install was done by me when i was young (like 16) so it aint pretty but works.

the good - The car is probibly worth much more parted out than complete but i simply do not hve time to do it. the car comes with a bunch of mods as well as some spare transmissions.

the mods - IPT coilover collars (which in hindsight look just like the ground control ones) with eibach springs and koni shocks
- ipt rebuilt trans (8k miles) with quaife limited slip diff and stage 4 racing clutch
- 96 brake upgrade
- 2 spare transmissions (1 has a bad 2nd gear syncro, the other is good to the best of my knowledge)
- lightweight flywheel if i can find it (not the aluminum fidanza, but the stainless steel one)
- Rear suspension H-brace not installed
- twin row copper radiator

id like 1500 for it, but am more than open to offers... (if you think the price is to high dont hesitate to make an offer)

The IPT setup, did it come with the front camber plates? It sounds like it was just the collars and springs with stock mounts.

Also, how many miles?

What happened to the wheels?

Also, I don't think there are 96 brakes on the car if it has basketweaves.

the wheels were lent to my brother for use on his 96 SLO and he got into an accident a few weeks later and trashed them.

the basket weaves fit with the 96 brakes...where they hit is the face of the calipers on the spokes...since the wheels got taken off after the car was parked i just tightened and left it as is. I will say they are CLOSE but they do spin when the car is pushed.
