minor problems on new SHO

i just bought this 89 SHO but there are some minor problems:
1. the dash lights don't work but the outside lights are on
2. the biggest problem is that the climate control doesn't work, no heat, no defrost, ac, etc, that cold is killing me and i need heat
3. i can't see the temp and outside temp on the climate control
4. fog lights don't work

any info would be appreciated, i'd like this thing to work good, thanks

check fuses under the hood and under dash

2. Possibly a bad heater core.
3. Bulbs in the eatc unit are blown, or the whole unit is plain bad. They are easy to replace. Check my classified.
4. It could be your bulbs, a fuse, bad wires from years of corrosion, or a bad switch.

Take the foglight units out, and check for blackened wires. If they are you need to cut back until you get some good wire. If you have no luck, you may have to resort in running your own wires, or running new wires off of your parking lights. Kinda hack, but it does the job. Be sure not to leave the new wire exposed. I usually use shrink wrap.
