Very consistent! Your timeslip looks like it was in a bar fight though :nut: Know the DA by any chance?

1455 DA last night.

That time slip was a victim of me and my temper crumbling them up after I totally botched my other runs...

What the **** are u doing to cut those 60's?
Well Tony, I have scored some similar 60's with the old RSA'S I had, but this slip was on Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 2's with 80 miles on them.

First thing, shallow stage. Barely get that full stage on. Don't feel rushed by other guy sneaking in there and getting staged up before you. If they do stage up before you even trigger the first one...take even longer to let them know that's BS.

On this slip I had the fronts at 26 & rears at 28 psi and wiped the tires clean in the staging lanes.

2200 rpm launch (catless downpipes has this down from a touch higher)

If you're running an Airaid or Windstorm you'll need to mod it to prevent hot engine bay air from intruding on the intake.

The brake pedal on our SHO'S has a long distance to travel to hold back the launch rpm, so be sure to get that foot moving as fast as you can to fully get off them.

Good luck

Rich

Yep, those evo V12s work very well! Glad to see that the Version 2 of those are still up to the task. A bunch of us were happy with the original V12s, I have a set on my Elbrus wheels on the 89 right now, basically holding the car off the ground, as that car won't see a track or dragstrip any more.

If you ever want to get a of of runs in, you need to do test-n-tune at Lapeer Dragway on Saturdays. Not as high class as Milan (!!), but you can get a LOT of runs in, and the track surface is as good. And a LOT closer to where you live. Maybe 10-12 miles north of Exit 155 (Lapeer Road) off I-69.

Friends has also been to Ubly Dragway in the Thumb, which they say is nice, but I've never been there, as I do Lapeer.

I've been wanting to check out Lapeer for awhile Ron. From what I hear it's a quality surface as well.

Never knew of the one over in the thumb.

One thing that's nice about Milan. Alot of the ecoboosters don't have helmets yet, and for some weird reason they don't make us AWD guys wear them.

What sucks about Milan right now, their scoreboards (time displays) are down right now...for 2 months now ever since they got hit by lightning.

Lapeer is a faster track to boot.
