Heres my experience:

I had an order for 2 sets of taylor wires with them. The first set showed up in a timely manner. However the second set did not show up at the same time. I emailed 3 days later and asked where they were, they said that they ship seperatly so should be there anytime now. OK. Waited another week! NO plug wires! Emailed again, Then later that day got the response that they are on back order! (having sold auto parts for 4 years, my experience is that the supplier calls/emails that that part is on back order within a reasonable amout of time, not more than 24 hours) The only reason I was frustrated is the fact that I felt that midwestsho should have looked into this the first time I asked about the wires (would have saved 5 days) But everytime I inquired they responded quickly (even if it was just to say he had NO control over shipping)! Just disappointed that I had to can. my order and get them from another source after so much time (20 days after order)! Still waiting on refund to hit my account. I will post when I get the $ back.

Sorry... :(

To keep our prices relatively low, we have to drop ship a lot of stuff. In this case, we ordered it from our wholesaler who ordered it from Taylor. It was Taylor that was drop shipping it for our wholesaler that was drop shipping it for us... :) As far as we were concerned, and our wholesaler for that matter, it had been shipped with the first set.

At any rate... sorry.
