Midwestsho - pulling codes

Earlier today I found the great page on midwest SHO about interpereting engine codes. But midwestsho must be offline because now midwestsho.com isnt even comin up. So I printed the shotimes writeup on pullin codes, but I have no idea how to interperet the codes.

So until midwestsho gets back up: How do I interperet the codes? I get so lost after the CE lights gets blinking.
