In the process of installing my hot pipes from EPP and noticed the noisemaker delete pipe had the meth injection bung welded in front of the MAF sensor. First time messing with meth so not sure if this is ok. States in the AEM manual which is the kit I opted for that the nozzle should be mounted after the MAF sensor as well. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

There is no MAF sensor...this platform uses a MAP sensor, it's speed density. The MAP sensor sits on top of the intake manifold. That sensor on the hot pipe is a temp sensor.

Well I feel stupid now, aha. Thanks for answering my question. Consider this thread closed, ahaha.

You're talking about the pipe at the throttle body, correct?

If so that sensor is a tip (throttle inlet pressure sensor) so it senses pressure and temperature. And yes it fine to spray meth at/past it. I've probably got at least 100gallons of meth thru mine.

M.J. I had the same issue arise when I ordered mine from EPP. I did ask EPP on meth location before ordering and confirmed with Googleling "if that's a word" that the location will work. I've included a pic for any future SHO owners that see this thread that this set-up will work.

For informational purposes I'll add one last revision lol. The pre-throttle body sensor is throttle inlet pressure like mr. High Caliber said, but it only senses pressure. The one on top of the intake manifold is a TMAP and reads both temperature & manifold absolute pressure.
