I get a metal on metal squeak when taking tight corners to the left, but not when taking a right. Any help on what this noise might be?

A mention of the location of the source would help. My first suspicion would be the tie rod ends, but without any details, we don't have much to go on.

Noise location

It sounds like the noise is coming from the top of the strut tower but I checked the bolts and all of them are tight.

It's not uncommon for the upper spring perch to rub the strut tower sheet metal as it rotates. This can happen if the alignment is maximized for negative camber and/or positive caster. The rubbing is usually worse at the ends of the steering travel.

Ford used to sell an 1/8" steel spacer to go between the upper strut mount and the inside of the strut tower. The spacer put some distance between the spring perch and strut tower so they wouldn't rub.

Edit: Discussed here on the SHOTimes FAQ
The Ford part number for the spacers is F3DZ18A027A.

Could also be that your upper strut bearing is shot.

We were way off, but it just goes to show you how hard it is to diagnose things like noises over the internet.
