Metal Chatter

When I floor the car to take off fast or pass someone I get the god awaful chatter coming from the engine bay. The only time I hear this is when I full throttle the car. Otherwise she is quite most of the time. Any Ideas?

No codes and it sounds like it is coming from the engine.

I'm going with Catalytic Converter Shield...

Just tear it off or use a bigger hose clamp if you want to keep it on..

does not make the sound in neutral, the car just bounces of the rev limiter. I did notice the sound only seems to happen when the secondaries open around 4k.

My gut tells me secondary actuator, but who knows without seeing it.
